A few weeks ago, we all went home to Roanoke to celebrate the engagement of David and Ashley. They will be getting married in a few weeks in Virginia Beach. Nearly 40 people came out to share in a night of fun, food, and blue drinks (in honor of the bridal party's dresses)!

We served appetizers, some yummy bbq that my Mom made, deviled eggs, fruit, cole slaw, potato salad, and a huge dessert tray, courtesy of our friends - The Rutherfoords! We also had Baggo set up in the back yard (the bride's sisters were especially fond of this game), a bar, and music playing for everyone to enjoy. And best of all, after an overcast day, the weather decided to cooperate so that we could hold the party outside as planned.

We are
thrilled to officially welcome Ashley into our family and we're very happy that David has found someone who enjoys jager bombs as much as he does! Can't wait 'til the wedding!!
