We've been friends HOW LONG!?

After thee longs years, (how is that even possible!?) I spent an entire weekend with my oldest friend, Liza.  We have been friends for more than 25 years and in this was the longest time we've ever gone without seeing each other.  Needless to say, we were pretty excited to reunite, as a lot has changed since I last saw her dressed as one of my bridesmaids at our wedding 3 years ago.

Liza drove up from Charleston on Friday to spend the weekend with us, see the house, and meet the star of the show - Dylan.  We talk all the time, so it was no surprise that we were back to chatting as usual as soon as she walked in the door.  We had a nice time showing Lyz around Raleigh, eating some good meals, and drinking some wine.  And Ty was even sweet enough to let the two of us enjoy an italian dinner feast out by ourselves.  Next time, we'll be making the trip down to Charleston!
